Chula Vista Police Officer's Association is a nonprofit organization
that represents the sworn personnel of the Police Department for
the ranks of Officer through Captain. The CVPOA works with Police
and City Administration to provide competitive salary and benefits,
professional working conditions, state of the art equipment, and
fair treatment of its members in administrative matters. The CVPOA
